Tolosa has just commemorated its 750 anniversary. We have organizing a series of initiatives that have allowed us to know better our past and to put it to the best service of a future. Tolosa was born as a commercial enclave, it has developed historically in an agricultural and cattle frame; Tolosa could receive and develop the industry, and it has could join also to the tertiary sector or of the services. Tolosa has known therefore all the sectors of economic activity and prepares now a future in which all of them have its space. Because the primary sector and the industry and the services are necessary in the modern society to generate opportunities of development and employment.



This future is articulated around the initiatory Tolosa 2015, a strategic project that has as aim(lens) define the future of Tolosa from the active participation. An initiative that from the dialog and the participation has been marked as goal to stimulate the strategic lines of action(performance) that offer a major quality of life and a few major opportunities of progress and development. A future that opens new opportunities, very specially for the youngest generations, who are our absolute priority. Opportunities in all the fields: the formation(training), the active leisure, the asociacionismo, the solidarity and also the housing and the employment. Tolosa will have future if our young men possess(rely on) opportunities in all these fields, and our responsibility is to propitiate(cause) them, real make them.



Tolosa wants to be innovative in this area. And because of it we have started this pilot scheme of social participation, which includes the utilization of the new technologies. We want to revitalize the social and economic activity from the participation. Tolosa 2015 is now and first of all an invitation to take part in this great bet for a better future.
